Electronic leak detection is an efficient and accurate method for locating an existing breach in most flat roof waterproofing system. Construction companies and architects have increasingly authorised electronic testing to locate and resolve potential breach locations within the roof’s waterproofing material, prior to the final project sign-off. This prevents costly call-backs and delays in the work schedule and ensures the waterproofing is watertight at handover of the roof.
